BLANKO
Welcome to our newest brain teaser
The rules are simple:
The Challenger posts either a title or the name of an author, not both. One letter is supplied. More information may be given, but isn't required.
Example:
Title of Book: three words, a prize winning novel:
___ ___ ___ ___ ___ T __ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___
What is it?
The Contestants guess--the title (or author) if they can, or a letter. One guess between appearances of the Challenger for each contestant.
At the end of the day, or more often if the Challenger wants, the Challenger will add one or more of the letters the Contestants have suggested, everywhere it appears. (Note that the
original
supplied letter might also appear elsewhere.)
The winner becomes the new Challenger.
Good Luck !!

Sorry for the delay...
Ike's Bluff was a good one, Jane. That apostrophe s had me going there...thought it had to be someone's name. And then your clue clinched it. I like Evan Thomas too.
This one is non-fiction and pretty new -

Three days and no guesses ? Do you need more clues? I thought this was a recent book, but it was published in 1906! How's that for a clue?
