Welcome to our newest brain teaser: BLANKO

The rules are simple:

The Challenger poses and indicates either a title or the name of an author, but not both.

The Contestants guess the title or author and post their answer; if they can, the solve the entire title.   They can also suggest another letter to fill in one of the blanks.

At  the end of the day if the puzzle is not solved,
the Challenger then must add only  one of the suggested letters the contestants have suggested, everywhere it appears.

The winner becomes the new challenger.

Ex:

Title of Book: three words, a prize winning novel:

   ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ T    __ ___   ___ ___ ___ ___

What is it?

Good Luck !!

Good job, Frybabe.  I can't resist a quote here:

Breathes there the man, with soul so dead,
Who never to himself hath said,
This is my own, my native land!

WINNER - PatH

Told you it would be easy. I read Green Mansions when a teenager and remember seeing an old movie. I didn't really fully understand the political backdrop at the time, so it should be a much more powerful read now. Mostly I just remember someone in hiding or running from someone, and the bad guys setting the tree that he climbed (with a female?) to try to evade them. Way past time for a reread.
