No more E's, but there are two R's.
T __ E
R A __ __ __ __ __
T R A __ __
Letters Used: A, E, R, T
Lucy is five and Oscar is four. I have Dewey, but it is still on my TBR pile.
Le Guin was awarded the National Book Foundation's Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters in November 2014. Here is her speech.

or in text,

The bibliography I looked at was incomplete. She is still writing, though her last full length novel appears to be Lavina, published in 2008. There was a nonfiction book,
Out Here: Poems and Images from Steens Mountain Country
, published in 2010, though I don't know if the poems are new or selected from those previously published. I didn't know she wrote poems. Most or all of the latest issues are full book collections from previously published material or short stories. Oh, here is a newish one,
Finding My Elegy: New and Selected Poems
, published in 2012. About half are republished poems, the rest are new.

Dewey is special. You should read his story.
Thank you, Frybabe. I will read Ursula Le Guin someday.

Bluebird
, you asked about
The Word for World is Forest
. Yes, it's a good book, but it's also a bit of a downer, because the exploiting humans are brutally violent, and although the natives of the world manage to get rid of them, their gentle society has been changed for the worse in the process.

Winner declared: BlueBird
I guess we don't have any Western genre readers. That and horse stories were mostly what I read until I hit high school. From 9th to 12th grade, I mostly read war stories Concentrating on first one (The Civil War) and then the two WW's in order.
